- French bread
- 1 bag of Ridetti refried beans 227g
- 3 oz of ground chorizo
- 1/2 cup of cheese
- 1/2 cup of pico de gallo
- Heat up Ridetti refried beans in a skillet
- In the same skillet cook 3 oz of chorizo
- Pre heat over to 200 F
- Cut french bread in half and add beans and chorizo
- Add cheese to each half of the bread
- Bake until cheese is golden
- Serve with pico de gallo.
