1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the noodles for 2 – 3 minutes, until al dente.
  2. Remove the noodles and set aside, keeping the starch water.
  3. In a wok over medium high heat, sauté the garlic and onion until fragant.
  4. Add the vegetables and the Ridetti bouillon, stir until mixed.
  5. Pour water and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and stir continuously for one minute, seasoning with black pepper.
  7. Take out of the heat and add sesame oil, mix well.
  8. Plate and serve hot
